We1Win Terms and Conditions of Use

This document sets out the rules for using the platform: who may hold an account, how money moves in and out, what bonuses require, and where responsibility sits when something goes wrong. It applies to the website and the mobile app alike, and to every product on the account. Creating an account means accepting it. The terms can be updated, and the version on this page is the one in force. The platform itself is described on We1Win Malaysia.

Accepting These Terms

Registration is the point of acceptance. By completing the form and opening an account you confirm that you have read these terms, that you meet the age requirement stated in them, and that you are acting for yourself rather than on behalf of anyone else.

Two things stay on your side rather than on the side of the operator. First, whether using an online gambling service is lawful where you are: local rules differ, and the operator does not advise on them. Second, the accuracy of what you enter. An account built on details that turn out not to be yours cannot be paid out, whatever the balance shows.

If you do not accept these terms, do not open an account.

Account Rules and Your Responsibilities

One account per player. The details on it, the username, the phone number and the real name, have to be accurate and belong to you, and the real name has to match the name on the payment method you use, because that match is what a payout is checked against.

Keeping the password safe is your responsibility. Activity from your account is treated as yours, so do not share the credentials and do not let a shared device store them.

The following are not permitted: holding or operating more than one account, transferring or selling an account, depositing from payment details that belong to someone else, coordinated play between accounts, using software to automate play or gain an advantage, and claiming a bonus in a way it was not designed for. Any of them can lead to a suspended account and a withheld balance. Sign-up requirements are on the register an account page.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Bonus Terms

Accounts are held in Malaysian ringgit. Deposits arrive through the payment methods offered in the cashier, and payouts return to details already linked to the account in your own name. Adding new details requires them to be confirmed before a payout will use them.

Bonus terms follow three rules. One welcome bonus per player, across the whole platform rather than one per product. A turnover multiplier applies to the deposit and the bonus together, running from x15 on sports, e-sports, poker and fish shooting, through x18 on slots, to x30 on live casino. Until that turnover is met, the balance the bonus produced cannot be withdrawn.

Minimum and maximum amounts and processing times are shown in the cashier, because they depend on the payment provider. The full picture is on the We1Win withdrawal page.

Account Suspension and Closure

An account can be suspended where details cannot be verified, where transactions look inconsistent with normal play, or where any of the rules above have been broken. Suspension is a hold rather than a decision: it stops activity while the matter is examined.

If it happens to you, contact live chat with your username and the details you registered, and supply whatever is asked for. Do not open a second account in the meantime, because that is itself a breach and makes the original case harder to resolve. You may also close your own account at any time by asking support.

Liability and Intellectual Property

The platform is provided as it is. Interruptions caused by connection failures, device problems, or outages at a game provider or payment provider are outside the control of the operator, and liability for them is limited accordingly. Where a round is disrupted, settlement follows the rules of the provider that ran it.

The content of this site, including the name, the logo, the text and the design, belongs to the brand and may not be reproduced without permission. Game content belongs to the studios that supply it.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. What happens on them, including how they handle your data, is governed by their own terms rather than by these.

Changes to These Terms

These terms can be revised, and the version published on this page is always the one in force. Changes typically follow a new regulation, a new payment method, a new product or a change to a bonus structure.

Continuing to use the account after a revision counts as accepting it, so it is worth checking this page when a notice appears in the account or in an official channel. How notice is given for a particular change is stated at the time it is made.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I accept these terms by registering?

Yes. Completing the registration form is the point of acceptance, and it also confirms that you meet the age requirement stated in the terms.

Can I have more than one account?

No. One account per player, and operating a second one is a breach that can lead to suspension and a withheld balance.

Why must my bank details match my name?

Because a payout is checked against that match before it is sent. It is what stops a balance being moved to someone else, including anyone who obtained your password.

What happens if I break a bonus rule?

The bonus and anything it produced can be removed, and repeated cases can lead to a suspended account. The conditions are printed on each offer before you accept it.

How will I know the terms have changed?

The current version is always on this page. Notices appear in the account or through official channels, and continuing to play after a change counts as accepting it.

Questions About These Terms

Anything unclear here is a fair question for live chat, which runs around the clock; the channels are on the customer service page. How your data is handled is covered separately in the privacy policy.
